If you are expecting an email from Tiger eSIM — like a verification code or a password reset — but are not seeing it, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1.Check your main email inbox: Confirm that you are checking the inbox associated with your main Apple ID.
2.Check spam/junk and promotions folders: Due to the forwarding process, sometimes these emails may land in your Spam or Promotions folder.
3.Add Tiger eSIM to your contacts: Advise your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) to trust our address by adding it to your contacts list.
4.Confirm Apple ID setup: Ensure the primary email address linked to your Apple ID is correctly set up and active in your email app.
Note, if the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact our support team and mention that you are using an Apple Private Relay email.
