After canceling the account, will the previous referral records and cashback balance be retained?

No. After account cancellation, all information related to the account will be permanently deleted, including:

1. Referral records (including referrer-referred friend relationships, cashback details).

2. Account balance (including unused top-up amounts, non-withdrawable cashbacks).

3. Order records, SIM card, and eSIM binding information. Before cancellation, please ensure:

1. The account balance has been used up (can be consumed by purchasing packages).

2. Important orders and referral records have been backed up (e.g., via screenshots).

3. All associated third-party accounts (Apple/Google) have been unbound to avoid inability to re-register later.
