How to enable international roaming on the device?

1. iOS Devices: [Settings] - [Cellular] - Select the corresponding card - [Cellular Data Options] - Enable [Data Roaming].

2. Android Devices: [Settings] - [Mobile Networks] - Select the corresponding card - Enable [Data Roaming]. For some devices, it may need to be enabled in [More Network Settings].
