How to select eSIM/physical SIM card as the cellular data source?

1. iOS Devices: Go to [Settings] - [Cellular], select the SIM card/eSIM to use.

2. Android Devices: Go to [Settings] - [Mobile Networks] - [Default Data Card], select the corresponding card.
