Why can't I see 5G in the iPhone status bar?
Common reasons:
1. No 5G network coverage at the destination, automatically fallback to 4G/LTE.
2. 5G mode not enabled on the device: Go to [Settings] - [Cellular] - [Voice & Data], select [5G Auto] or [5G On].
3. The package does not support 5G: Check the package details or contact customer service for confirmation.
