What to do if the error message "Unable to complete cellular number change" appears?

1. Close the app and reopen it, log out of the current account and log in again.

2. Check if too many eSIMs have been installed on the device (some devices limit the maximum number of installed eSIMs to 8). Delete unused eSIMs and try again.

3. Confirm the package has not expired; if expired, repurchase.

4. Contact customer service to verify the number status and assist with configuration completion.
