What to do if the eSIM cannot be deleted on Samsung Galaxy devices?

1. Disable data roaming and mobile data on the device, then try deleting.

2. Go to [Settings] - [Apps] - [Show System Apps], find "Carrier Services", clear the cache and data, then try again.

3. Restart the device and select the eSIM in the SIM Card Manager to delete it.

4. If still unable to delete, back up data and restore the device to factory settings, or contact Samsung official customer service for assistance.
