What to do if eSIM activation is stuck on iOS devices?
1. Force quit the Settings app and re-enter the activation page.
2. Disable Wi-Fi and use mobile data from another SIM card for activation.
3. Restart the device and select "Manually enter activation code" on the activation page to retry.
4. If still stuck, uninstall and reinstall the app, then re-trigger activation from the order details page.
