After completing the installation steps, the app shows that the eSIM/physical SIM card is not activated. What should I do?

1. Confirm arrival at the destination and ensure network coverage in the area.

2. Check if the device's data roaming function is enabled.

3. Toggle airplane mode (turn on for 30 seconds, then off) to re-search for the network.

4. Restart the device and wait for 10-15 minutes. If activation still fails, contact customer service with the device model and order number for troubleshooting.
